Having been urged by the spirits, Jackie read a selection from the
Teachings of Silver Birch (1938) in reference to "war in our world of
matter, war that need not be, for if your world knew these truths and lived
them, men would not kill."
Nelson and Jeff visited Gloria on Monday and Nelson shared the details with
the group. The spirits needed Gloria to be removed from her home in order to
cleanse her. Some of the negative energy around her was removed, but that
negative energy did not evaporate, it needed to find a new location. Nelson
invited those spirits to our session if they needed to speak, and he knew that
some of them had accepted his invitation, and they were with us. Nelson also
thought it was interesting that Gloria's grandson suffered an injury similar to
hers - only on his knee instead of the elbow.
Nelson wanted to provide some background information on situations with his
family in regards to his mother and his niece, as he hoped that the spirits
might provide some additional insight in the session. The group discussed the
circumstances, with Astrid mentioning the role of destiny and karma, and Jackie
reminding us that when we are uncertain over how to proceed, we can always
pray. Jackie read the Prayer for the Hardened Spirits.
Spirit 1 (via Nelson): Before anything else
occurred, Nelson's guide wanted Frank to explain what happened when he visited
the doctor. Frank said his small tumor was the same, and the doctor advised him
to continue to take his medication. There was no need for a follow up
appointment for six months. Nelson's guide said, "Remember that when we have
the right amount of faith, everything comes in the right way." After he spoke,
Nelson's guide moved quietly to the side.
During Jackie's prayer reading, Nelson was shown a security system
monitor. It was a spiritual version of the small security cameras resembling
our material world understanding of such systems. There was a small light, like
a little eye, set up in all of the corners of Gloria's house. It was "watching
what you want to take with you" from every angle. The small camera eyes had a
dual purpose, as they only allowed Gloria to think about what the eyes wanted
her to see. Astrid understood that the cameras were feeding Gloria with
thoughts and ideas. Nelson said that the camera eyes were angry when he and
Jeff visited, as they did not want anyone to go over there unless their thoughts
matched what Gloria was being fed. Nelson described the spirits as very strong
entities.
Spirit 2 (via Nelson): Jackie understood that this group
of spirits were from Gloria's past, and they would not tolerate any outside
influence. One of them moved forward to speak through Nelson in a regal
manner:
Spirit: Who sent him there, who gave him that authority? Who?
Who does he think he is?
Astrid: And who are you?
Spirit: I am the controlling eye. Without the authority of my
eye, nothing gets moved.
Astrid: But why are you there?
Spirit: She gave me control - she allowed it! (Astrid moved
slightly in her seat) Do you see the power I have? I just smacked you.
(Looking at the others), and I smacked you and you and you.
Astrid: You are sitting at this table now, talk to us.
Jackie: What has she done to you?
Spirit (still speaking in a grand manner): We control her mind and
actions. We looked for it and we obtained it. She belongs to us now. Who gave
him the authority? He walked in and the smack we gave him was so loud
(laughing)...
Astrid: That was not nice...
Spirit: She sat there, she almost couldn't get up until
he helped. (The spirit jumped up quickly from his seat, and banged
the table loudly.) That man! He gave her his hand and they left. I
stayed behind to make sure that nobody else came in. They are removing those
eyes now, and I cannot stay behind. Count how many there are by counting the
corners. There are 19 corners in that place, and they are removing 19 eyes.
He's more powerful than me, he took my energy and my eyes away.
Astrid: And now you are completely blind.
Spirit: Without my 19 eyes, I am no one. It's 19, but I am the
twentieth eye. Be careful where you allow us to go in.
Jackie: You are not more powerful than God
Spirit (referring to Nelson): Where is he now? He's hiding from
me.
Jackie: You are taking through him.
Spirit: But I am not dead. I am energy.
Astrid: Your body is dead.
Spirit (looking at Nelson): He looks different.
Jeff: He is not your enemy now, he's your friend. You are seeing him
differently.
Spirit: They tell me I am right, that I am not dead. But I'm not
using my energy correctly. I can't go back there, we are going to a different
home - to energize me with new energy.
The spirit decided to leave with his group, but he had a message for
Gloria: "Tell that lady to be careful of who she lets in - because you do not
know what comes in there..." Nelson writhed and moved in his seat, and he jumped
up as the spirit made a violent departure. The table started to discuss the
situation, but another spirit was already settling in to speak from a
position behind Nelson.
Spirit 3 (via Nelson): This was a good spirit, and she
was female. She wanted Nelson to know that it was good that he thought he was
prepared for the passing of his mom, but it was also okay not to be ready.
Astrid shared her own experiences with her mom's passing, explaining that no
matter how secure we are with our feelings, it's a very emotional experience.
Nelson recognized the female spirit as his mother's spirit guide. He remembered
her because she used to speak through his mom in sessions. The spirit guide
explained that she has been talking to Nelson's mother, and their conversations
together have led to an understanding from Nelson's mom over what is going to
happen. Although she understands, Nelson's mother has been fighting it. The
guide said it was important for Nelson to know that she would not leave his
mother's side - she will be fully protected and never left alone. The guide
showed herself to Nelson, and she was a "madame" who looked very similar to
Nelson's mother. Astrid commented, "When we are happy here, we don't want to
go, but as the body falls apart, we begin to accept it."
The guide spoke directly to Nelson, explaining that the transition, "won't
happen tomorrow, but wouldn't it be nice to prepare the people around you (other
members of Nelson's family) now for it. It's very hard, but you (Nelson) know
better. When the time comes, she will die at home, comfortable, it's what she
wants. She will not be alone, she will have her family around her. At that
moment, when it happens, you will really know if you believe in this. Tell them
whatever they want to do, NOT to do it. Something will be found (medically),
and they should not do it." Nelson's hands began to tremble and shake. The
female spirit was stepping back, as the familiar spiritual presence of Don Polo
moved forward.
Spirit 4 (via Nelson): "You see that you and her will not
be alone," Don Polo said, speaking softly but reassuringly, "but the tests are
coming. Will you pass it with an A? Or a C?" Looking towards Jeff, he added:
"It's up to him (meaning Nelson). Give him comfort, nothing else. If he says
that he doesn't want to see you - and it is going to happen - do you hear me?
It's going to happen. If he doesn't want to see you, tell him that you do not
want to see him either. He will say that he is strong, and he is not. We have
a lot of work to do. He would not let me sit today, so I took him. He is like
his mother, stubborn - which is why they understand each other so well. When he
needs his space, give it to him. We haven't forgotten the assignments (from
Chicago), they will come up again. You see, we put them in a book, and
when we open the book, we start with what is on top. They will come up
again."
Continuing to focus on Jeff, Polo told him: "You need to start preparing
for the same thing soon (the transitioning of Jeff's mom). It will happen
fast. Plans have not changed." Addressing the group, he said, "There is other
work to be done, so I'll step aside. No work is so complex that it cannot be
completed. You are never alone, so don't be afraid."
Spirit 5 (via Nelson): As Polo was speaking, Nelson began
to open and close his fingers rapidly. Another spirit was moving forward, and
it seemed to be a guide who wanted to speak to Frank: "Isn't it wonderful when
things go as planned? You have stability now, so don't lose it. You obtained
that power yourself, don't let it go. You will be okay. That lady you loved so
much says not to be in a hurry to be with her. She's busy and you need to still
be here. If she is not ready, you still won't be able to see her. She has a
lot of learning to do. If she knew what she knows now, she would not have been
afraid - and she suffered more than she should have. Now she knows better. Now
she wants to help you."
Frank understood. Nelson asked Frank if he girlfriend had long hair, and
both Frank and Jackie confirmed that at one time, she did. She loved her long
hair, and now she had it back. The spirit continued: "She loved that long hair,
and it's back - but no hurry! You have things to do here. Keep praying for
her, it helps a lot. Don't stop. When someone is really sick, it's important
that they regain weight. Each prayer is like a pound, giving her more energy.
And now she receives your prayers directly - we used to filter them. She will
keep coming, as she always keeps an eye on you. If you want to go somewhere -
you are thinking about that? If you want to go, just GO. No hesitation, go."
The spirit faded away.
Spirit 6 (via Jackie): Jackie's mom wanted to speak to
the group. "I told you people, we are busy-busy-busy being of service and
helping others. No body, just energy. We don't need hair or a body." Looking
at Frank, she said, "When it is your time, you will go - not before. If you
live another 30 years with that tumor, you are cured. It might still be there,
but it's dormant, not any bigger or smaller, just there. So what if it's there,
that's a cure within itself." Turing her attention back to the table, she said:
"In the spirit side, everyone is learning or helping. She (Jackie) knows I am
busy. The little things grow into big things." After delivering her message,
Jackie's mom moved away, as another spirit was already arriving.
When Nelson was discussing his niece (Mirelsa) earlier, Astrid was show a
sculpture. It fell and hit Nelson's niece. Nelson envisioned a snake poisoning
Mirelsa, and it was very long and black - with circles around the tail like a
rattlesnake. The noise form the snake's tail would attract Mirelsa's attention,
and then the snake would poison her in an attempt to bring her back to where he
thought she belonged. Astrid described it as the spirit remembering and the
snake awakening that memory. Nelson wanted the snake to take him to wherever he
came from.
Spirit 7 (via Nelson): The snake showed himself to
Nelson. He had lots of hair, elongated ears and flared eyes. Astrid understood
that he was from the Amazon or South America. The snake wanted to speak, but he
was having difficulty with the language: "No speak much. White man came to
get. Who's the white man? Her father. Went there and brought her with him."
Nelson was taken to a meeting circle on the ground surrounded by massive trees.
The green tree tops obscured the circle where a tribe was seated. This tribe
never left the circle, but Mirelsa had gotten out. Now the tribe would not be
complete again until she returns. The tribe was frightened by the snake. He
had them under such strict control, he could order the tribe members remain
hidden in small, individual huts for as long as he wanted.
Nelson was imitating the behavior of the snake, spitting venom and
threatening to lash out and bite. "We don't want that, for her to leave," the
snake hissed, "it took me a long time to find her." The snake wanted to numb
Mirelsa so he could take her back to the tribe with him. There were three
guards with the snake, and they were allowed to leave the tribe as they worked
for the snake. The three guards were all female. The snake changed his face
into a monkey to better speak with Nelson. Nelson understood that the snake
felt threatened that the others might want to leave the tribe he was
protecting. Nelson put both hands up, mimicking the flaring head of the
snake as the spirit spoke:
Spirit (in a raspy voice): Can speak little. No remove power.
No.
Astrid: Why?
Spirit: Belong to me, all this. Belong, mine.
Spirit: Belong to me, all this. Belong, mine.
Astrid: We need information on how you can do this.
Spirit: Ignorant. I am powerful, I control. I lose power if they
leave. Oh, you want time? Long time ago. Animals want to escape me, no. Not
allowed. He is removing masks, because I like to pretend I am this. I show
myself like this to keep the power.
Astrid: Let the mask fall.
Spirit: If you unmask me, they will be free. She escaped, I had
to get her. She looks like us. They are unmasking me. (Astrid is startled and
she jumps in her seat.) You saw me, my face, and got scared.
Astrid: I'm...impressed. Look at your real face.
Spirit: I know it's not pretty. I've been a snake for so long.
My power is gone, and look at them all running away. The place is empty. I can
go alone, by myself. Now they're free and looking at me.
Jackie: You were holding them captive, they wanted to be free.
Spirit: I am going to go. (Astrid and Santiago's dog had been
sleeping on the floor - he awoke and sneezed three times, shaking the bells on
his collar, sounding like a rattlesnake.) That's the sound! I will go...
The spirit thrashed and moved as he left. The table discussed the
experience, and Jackie closed with a prayer.
