Our session began with saying the Prayer for the Sick, especially for Aida Colon (Mia’s mom) and Carmen.  We also recited the Prayer for those who are loved (Para los que se han amado) for Cando and Carmen’s brother

Right before the opening prayer for the session was read by Sonia, she opened the book to the Prayer for the Mediums – Marisol asked for Sonia to read it and will tell us why it needed to be read.  Reason for this prayer was that as Mediums (especially Carmen and Nelson) they are attacked more and more vulnerable – there are hardened spirits who don’t want this work to continue.

As the prayer was being recited, Carmen heard a spirit say that he didn’t want Nelson to come back to this group and then left.  Marisol revealed that Nelson is having difficulty but we have no clue what they may be and that he is not sure where he should stay to do the work

Marisol saw that Mia was somewhat sad especially with what is happening currently with her mom.

Marisol then asked Esperanza about her oldest son.  Marisol saw him as being distracted and unfocused.  The spirit that was currently attached to her son (Edgar), is interfering with his relationship with his father, and “other things will fail if the relationship is damaged”

Spirit #1 (thru Marisol):

In a previous life, this spirit, Edgar and Emiliano were friends.  In that existence, Edgar and Emiliano betrayed the spirit and he was imprisoned for all of the acts that three had performed.  He returned to seek revenge.  After much counseling, he realized that he had caused harm and damage to the father/son relationship and asked for forgiveness and took responsibility for what he had done and took everything that belonged to him.  In this existence, Edgar and Emiliano had an agreement to reincarnate as father and son; their job is to have a better relationship between them as father and son.

Sonia to Isabel:  Don’t worry so much; those are things that have happened are now in someone else’s hands to resolve; you have guardians that are protecting you.  This advice was coming due to a conversation that was held prior to the session.  Isabel was worried that she was a victim of health insurance fraud.  She had, in fact, taken all the necessary steps immediately to ensure that no fraud would take place.

Marisol to Carmen: Asked if she had ever seen her guide, Carmen related that she had at the beginning of her development and had a conversation with him.  At this point a different topic began and interrupted the flow regarding Carmen’s guide. The conversation turned to Raquel (Cando’s wife) – her sister in Florida recently passed and she is thinking about moving to Florida

Spirit #2 (thru Marisol)

This spirit that wa with Raquel came in very upset – wanting to scream because feeling crazy; Carmen counseled the spirit as she revealed that Raquel wishes to see everyone but doesn’t attempt because of how she closed the doors as if everyone were her enemy. By the end of the conversation, she decided to forgive Raquel and asked for forgiveness because of the damage that she had done and is taking what she had left in Raquel’s mind and body.  The spirit left crying.

Spirit #3 (thru Marisol)  TEMPLE GUARDIAN/SPIRIT OF LIGHT

This Spirit of Light has come to speak to Sonia as she has been asking for a while for some guidance:

“There have been questions about the temple and what to do – the temple will remain here and not be sold, but leadership needs to be developed.  This is your place and you can’t walk away and you are not alone.  Expanded responsibility is on your shoulders – She (Denise) and the one whose mom is sick (Mia) can bear some responsibility.  You are the leader; I know you are not comfortable and need to make those hard decisions that are not easy.  Stand firm – we are with you and your beliefs are strong.  Why are you afraid?

Sonia:  Maybe they are not strong enough?

Spirit:  Your work is good work and needs to expand, what once was is now behind.  Thank you is given to all of us and to help support Sonia.  There needs to be a head – A ship has a captain, but who helps the captain?
