Who was Allan Kardec?
What is the difference between "Spirit" and "Matter"?
What books did Allan Kardec write?
In April 1857, Allan Kardec published his first book on Spiritism, The
Spirits' Book. It was designed as a series of questions
(answered by the spirit guides) that explored the nature of spirits, the spirit
world, and the relationship between the spirit world and the material
world.
The first book was followed by a series of other books, including The
Medium's Book, The Gospel According to Spiritism, Heaven and
Hell, and The Genesis According to Spiritism, and one periodical,
the Revue Spirite, which Kardec published until his death. These books
became known as the Spiritist Codification.
